More than 7,000 employees of Wanda Group have participated in the Voice of Wanda in just 20 days.
Voice of Wanda, Wanda's adaptation of a Chinese reality talent show “Voice of China”, is part of the second Wanda Talent Show which kicked off earlier this month. It encourages staff to sign up for the competition through an APP and then go to the Dagexing KTVs to record their songs.
More than 500 staffers uploaded their songs for competition and some 6,600 staffers participated in the rating system by sending digital flowers to their favorite songs. Department stores rank first in terms of participant number with more than 2,000 participants, followed by the cinemas and Dagexing KTVs.
The annual Wanda Talent Show comprises three parts: Voice of Wanda, Contests of Photo, Calligraphy and Painting, and Competition of Other Talents.
Wanda Group has roughly 80,000 staff around the world.
