Wanda Group shares experience at trademark festival

Wanda Group attended the 2013 China International Trademark Festival held in Dalian, Liaoning Province from June 13 to 16.
As a renowned Chinese brand with an international mindset, Wanda attended the event to introduce its brand development and share the experience on management, rights protection and internationalization of its trademarks.
Wang Yunan, senior assistant president of Wanda Group and general manager of the group’s Legal Affairs Center, made a speech at the Enterprise Trademark Summit, joined by other famous brands such as CITIC, Lenovo, Samsung and Yili.
Being the most influential trademark event in China, the festival is hosted by China Trademark Association and the Dalian Municipal Government and expects to draw upon the strength of trademark to promote the prosperity and development.
The festival consists of three parts: China Trademark Annual Meeting, Theme Activities, and the Exhibition.
Liu Junchen, deputy director of the State Administration of Industry and Commerce, Liu Yan, vice-mayor of Dalian and Wan Binying, deputy director-general of World Intellectual Property Organization, addressed at the opening ceremony of the festival. Officials from the National People’s Congress, Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Procuratorate, the Ministry of Public Security, the State Administration of Industry and Commerce and the State Intellectual Property Office also attended the festival.
