Wanda Group held a grand opening ceremony for its new plaza in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province on June 21.
As Wanda’s fourth plaza opened to business this year and its 71st across China, the plaza is located in the New City Center of Huishan District in the northern part of the city.
The property comprises a shopping center, an indoor pedestrian street, a cinema, a KTV, etc. It also attracted world's famous brands like KFC, McDonald’s and Starbucks.
It is a one-stop experience for visitors to the plaza, which expects to be the largest urban complex in north Wuxi and outperform other Wuxi commercial centers in terms of scale, quality and functions.
The plaza will provide nearly 10,000 job opportunities and hand in around 100 million yuan of taxes to the local government every year.
At the opening ceremony, Wanda Group also donated 300,000 yuan to Wuxi Charity Foundation.
