Fuyang Municipal Government and Wanda Group signed a cooperation agreement in Hefei August 24.

The signed project, located at Chengnan New Zone of Fuyang, covers an area of nearly 242 mu (16.13 hectares). The project will be built into an urban complex, integrating shopping, leisure, entertainment, office, hotels and apartment.

Great importance was attached by CPC Fuyang Municipal Committee, Fuyang Municipal Government and Wanda Group to the strategic cooperation this time. Fuyang mayor Li Ping, Fuyang executive mayor Lu Shiren and Liu Haibo, assistant president of Wanda Group and general manager of development department, attended the signing ceremony.

Li Ping said "the cooperation with Wanda Group is a breakthrough of Fuyang in attracting investment." The settlement of Wanda Group will be conducive to enhancing the image of Fuyang and improving urban function.

Fuyang mayor Li Ping, Cheng Shi, general manager of East China Branch of Development Department of Wanda Group, Zhang Huajiu, acting head of Yingzhou District of Fuyang, signed the agreement on both sides.
